After a restful sleep, awake to a splendid Scottish breakfast. Breakfast at the Craigellachie Hotel is served from 7 o'clock and is no after-thought. It is treated as a service in its own right - as important as lunch or dinner. . Choose from an array of breakfast pastries, preserves, cereals, yoghurts, cooked breakfasts, waffles, kippers -the list is endless. We recognise everybody is unique, so even the milk and water ratio when making porridge is truly to your personal preference - making it, "just the way you like it".

This tea-related ritual, introduced into Britain in early 1840's is the idyllic way to enhance your afternoon in the heart of Speyside. Enjoy a relaxed yet luxurious tea in our elegant Drawing Room, with its majestic views over the River Spey. Handmade sandwiches, home baked scones and other sweet treats, all served with your choice of tea or coffee.

The Bremner's Bar and Lounge offers relaxed drinking and informal dining with a social atmosphere in traditional Speyside surroundings. When you visit, we recommend you try the Bremner sticky rack of pork ribs or the delicious venison sausages with juniper berry gravy.

Exhibited in New York, Chicago, Paris, Berlin and Leiden, discover our world famous Quaich Bar and sample one or more of the 750 whiskies that embellish its walls; an intimate snug promising a truly memorable and authentic whisky experience. Our in-house whisky specialist is on hand to guide you through our extensive whisky library as well as conduct private whisky nosing and tasting sessions for individuals, couples or groups of up to 20 guests. Once we've helped you choose your wee dram, sit back, relax and relish your warming golden nip.
